Marvel’s Delayed “Phase One” Set Due For April Release

After issues around the packaging caused the set to be delayed, Marvel has now announced that their “Marvel Cinematic Universe: Phase One” Blu-ray collection will be yours to own on April 2, 2013.

Pre-orders for the collection are up and running once more, and apparently the delay has allowed Marvel to add an additional content to the set, with little teasers and previews of the next wave of films from “Phase Two.”

When asked about the previews, Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige was fairly vague, noting that they will include “footage, concept art, and a few new surprises.”

The “Marvel Cinematic Universe: Phase One” collection will retail from $219.00
