“BioShock Infinite” Officially Without Multiplayer

“I am Andrew Ryan, and I’m here to ask you a question. Is a man not entitled to the sweat of his brow?”

After months of speculation, game director Ken Levine has confirmed that the sweat of your brow will be solo in BioShock Infinite.

BioShock 2 introduced competitive multiplayer to the franchise, but the development team of Infinite has ultimately decided to not carry on that torch.
Levine hasn’t worked on the franchise since the original BioShock, which was also single player only. It’s not too much of a surprise that his return to the series will concentrate on revisiting that style of gameplay.

BioShock Infinite is set to soar on Feb. 26, 2013, release date. The game will be available on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC.
